Here are some ways to stand out and what it is you need to focus on in order to make sure the best version of you comes across during that interview process. The interview is the single biggest exposure you will get to the Fire Service Recruitment team, it’s stands out to me that you want to make sure that you put the best version of yourself forward in the small window of opportunity that you’ve got.

Have an understanding of what it is you’re going to be expected to respond to during the interview on the day so you don’t get caught out. Be prepared

Have a structure with your answers so you don’t miss out on any important information you want to convey to the panel
