It looks as though the QFES Recruitment 2018 will be opening base grade firefighter recruitment  in the very near future. This will be a firefighter recruitment drive to fill the QFES 2018 recruit course. It looks as though QFES will start the recruitment process in August or September of 2017.

QFES Firefighters play a crucial role in the front-line emergency response building a rewarding career as they protect people, property and the environment.

For Firefighter in the QFES, no day is the same. As well as fighting fires, a QFES Firefighter  needs to be able to operate efficiently at heights and in confined spaces when responding to a variety of emergency and non-emergency situations.

The recruitment and selection process takes time, significant effort and requires patience and commitment.

The Assessment process allows the QFES to properly evaluate each applicants suitability to the role of a firefighter at QFES. To become successful and land a position you will need the following.
