Coaching Application For

Private Coaching

I will not try to sell you on applying for 1-on-1 Coaching.
Instead, I will simply tell you who it is for …and who it’s NOT for.

Coaching 1-1 is for

  • People with burning desire to become a professional firefighter
  • People who value their time
  • People who know they have what it takes and are willing to do the work
  • People who value themselves, their skills and growing new skills
  • People that take responsibility for themselves
  • People willing to invest in the development of their skills

Coaching 1-1 is NOT for

  • People looking for excuses
  • People that cannot implement and capitalise on constructive feedback
  • People that don't show up 100%

places are limited to 10 per year MAX

If You Are Interested apply below

  1. Positions are limited as I want to make sure each person gets the attention they need & deserve
  2. I limit the places as I see it as my responsibility to get outcomes for these clients. I cannot do this for more than 10 positions a year.

How Private Coaching can help you...

  • If you need deeper insight into your previous performance, aptitude & psych test scores or you want these deep insights beforehand
  • We are on hand for you - we become your personal team in a 'whatever it takes' mindset to get you over the line.
  • Overcome/ avoid sticking points that have held you back before
  • Get past the hardest and most contested hurdles
  • Get tailored advice on your specific situation
  • Skyrocketing results in all areas of recruitment
  • Motivation, accountability & progress

And now for brutal honesty:

This is expensive.

Plus, you’ll be required to implement what you learn & show up. So you will also need the TIME to invest in your success, not just the money.

Here’s How It Works

First, you’ll need to complete an application where I ask you all sorts of questions about your situation.

You have to complete the application BEFORE speaking with my team. This is so we can weed out the “tire kickers” and make the most of our time and yours.

Anyway, the application will come to my office and one of two things will happen. One, I’ll decide we’re not a good match and I’ll let you know politely. Or two, I’ll decide we MIGHT be a good match and someone from my office will schedule a call to see if we really are. Nobody will pressure you or hassle you. If you want in, great. If not, no problem we'll offer your spot to one of the other highly qualified and committed applicants. We’re cool either way.

I’m only looking for high-caliber people for this. I’ll review applications on a first come, first-serve basis.

Brent C  //  Active Firefighter

I have spent the past 10+ years working with people to get jobs in the most hotly contested fires services around the country.

With this comes insights on strategy and options when it comes to fire service recruitment.

There is not a singular service I have not learned the ins and out of over the past 10 years.

In coaching 1-1 I spend a serious amount of time analysing your situation and goals to give you every conceivable chance you have of becoming a firefighter.

I have learned and developed processes for different problems big and small over this time that I will be putting to work with you should the need pop up.

This is next level.

I found Brent’s website very useful and it offered me exactly what I was struggling to find. His products helped improve and develop my skills in spatial, mechanical and verbal reasoning. These are the skills and traits that helped me to get into the fire service. I definitely recommend Brent’s products for anyone wanting to develop the necessary skills required for the fire service.

I've been a Bondi Lifeguard for a while and we work in some tricky situations in the community quite often, but I've been wanting to get into the fire services for a while now. Brent has really helped me to prepare for this with his Fire Recruitment Australia website, I've gotten a lot of information from it. Check it out guys, it's unreal! Trent was employed recently by Fire and Rescue NSW

The hardest part is getting in - the process of getting in. You can’t do it alone, I highly recommend using Brent’s resources, and if you’re lacking in an area work on it. Fitness is a big component in the Recruit course & is highly scrutinised.

Good luck to anyone who is trying to get in, study hard and it will eventually pay off. And ask for all the help you need.
