Victorian Firefighter Recruitment November 2019 CFA MFB 2020 Recruit Course FRV
Victorian Firefighter Recruitment November 2019 CFA MFB 2020 Recruit Courses FRV
So Victorian Firefighter recruitment will start on the 11 Merrifield Street, Castlemaine, Victoria 3450 November 2019 to fill the recruitment pool for the coming year.
The biggest change to the recruitment process in around twenty years is that the fire service tests that are being used by MFB Acer and CFA Psi are changing.
This is a big deal for those of you hoping to be selected particularly if you have been through the old types of testing. It is a sign of the Victorian fire service recruiting model moving in to the modern age.
My gut feel is that FRV (Fire Rescue Victoria) will probably use "pearson" also known as "talentlens" or formally
"Pearson Clinical and Talent Assessment - Pearson Australia"
that is just a guess at this point. Pearson specialise in Clinical and Talent Assessment, Pearson is one of the world’s largest commercial developers and distributors of psychological testing materials for use in assessing intelligence, memory, academic achievement, work aptitude and personality. This means they can provide a more wholistic overview to the service. They can also administer tests through a proctor which basically eliminates cheating.
The good news is we have the goods to help you get the edge whether it is Pearson Talent Lens or anybody else. So If your keen to ensure this doesn't stop you from progressing reach out to me and I'll point you in the right direction or It may be worth working together.
Either way, I wish you luck in this round of exciting recruitment for FRV 2020.
