Q: Can I upgrade from Regular to Elite later?
A: Absolutely. Many members begin on Regular to establish momentum, then upgrade to Elite once they see how much progress they’re making and want more personalised coaching. You’ll then get priority scheduling for your first 1-on-1 coaching session and resume review.
Q: What does “customised upfront enrolment” mean for Elite?
A: Every Elite member has slightly different needs — some require deep resume overhauls, others need intensive interview preparation, while others want more ongoing accountability. Because of this, the one-time upfront fee is customised to reflect the level of support you’ll require in those first critical weeks. After that, all Elite members pay the same flat $100/month ongoing for continuous support, weekly group coaching, and same-day responses.
Q: Is there a lock-in contract or minimum term?
A: No. Both Regular and Elite are offered on a flexible month-to-month basis. We believe in results, not locking people in. If at any point you feel you’re not getting value, you can cancel or pause before your next billing date. Most members stay on because they’re progressing faster than they thought possible.
Q: Do you help with multiple services (FRNSW, FENZ, QFD, DFES, FRV, etc) at once?
A: Yes, and this is one of our biggest advantages. Each service has its own unique process and timing, and our coaches know the differences inside out. Your personalised roadmap can cover multiple services so you’re prepared for overlapping timelines. Elite members also receive targeted coaching on how to tailor responses and strategies to each service’s specific requirements.
Q: How soon should I join before applications open?
A: The earlier you start, the better. Most successful members join 3-6 months ahead of their target intake, which gives enough time to build foundations, work through practice tests, and polish application responses. If you join closer to the deadline, Elite coaching can fast-track your preparation, but we recommend not leaving it late. However, for optimum preparation we would recommend 12 months.
