Emotify Practice Test: A Full Process Breakdown

Emotify Practice Test for Firefighter Recruitment

In line with Fire Recruitment Australia’s goal of bringing you the latest and most effective training on everything to do with firefighter recruitment in Australia and New Zealand, our team of coaches, researchers, and organisational psychologists have made big efforts to make sure you get relevant and complete information on fire service exams, especially the new and obscure ones.

That’s why we created the Emotify practice test OR breakdown, so you get a chance to see the Emotify test and understand how the mechanics of it work and more importantly how to avoid making avoidable mistakes.

How the Emotify Test Works

Emotify is an exam pioneered by Revelian. It’s an engaging and game-based assessment to help identify the emotional intelligence of candidates.

Emotify Games Types

There are two game types in the Emotify tests:

Matching Faces

Designed to measure a candidate’s ability to identify quickly and accurately a broad but fleeting range of emotions

Emotional Ties

Designed to measure a candidate’s ability to recognize emotions and how various situations trigger emotions in people.

Results and Interpretation

Emotify test results will presented in a graph, which will be broken down into two representing the two games.

The employer will receive a copy of your report reflecting how you ranked against others who took the exam.

If you need tips and insights about the test, check out out this blog.
